With so many stereotypes for Black women, including being overweight and being too vain to mess up hairdos by working out, it’s refreshing to see the new product by a mother and daughter team who have just released a new DVD. While statistics do show that a significant percentage of Black women are overweight, it is still not fair to paint all Black women with the same brush.
It’s also great to see women stepping out and being entrepreneurs and also keeping it in the family by supporting each other in both being healthier and building wealth. Group exercise is a great way to support and motivate each other.
