How Eating More Greens Can Improve Your $ex Life

You may not think of it this way, but having s*x is a cardiovascular workout. The more blood flow your heart allows the more fun you get to have and the less blood flow from the heart, the less fun you will have.

How well your heart is working will determine how much blood flow your private parts get which in turn determines the amount of fun that you ultimately have.

There have been studies that show when you lead a healthier lifestyle you end up having a much better experience in bed. This includes eating right, not smoking, and exercising routinely. If you are eating fatty foods or foods loaded with salt however you will see the opposite effect and here is why. You blood vessels have a lining that is called endothelium. It produces nitrous oxide which is instrumental in getting blood flowing to those important parts. Healthy foods will help you to boost nitrous oxide production. You can achieve this by eating foods that are high in L-arginine and L-citruline. Below are some examples of these foods:

– L-arginine foods:
o Pine nuts
o Almonds
o Walnuts
o Brazil nuts
o Pistachios
o Oats
o Grains containing wheat germ

– L-citruline foods:
o Watermelon
o Garlic
o Onions

Eating these foods is just one way of boosting your nitrous oxide production. You can also eat healthy foods with nitrates in them. You may have heard that nitrates are bad, and in fatty meats this is true, but not in vegetables. Some great foods with nitrate include:

– Kale swiss chard
– Rhubarb
– Arugula
– Bok choy
– Spinach
