Highly sought after speaker and social commentator Nomalanga Mhlauli-Moses shares some definitive steps that anyone can take to reclaim and redefine their life after disappointment, failure or just not knowing what path to take in life.

Nomalanga shares how some years ago her life started on a slow and steady path to mediocrity. One day she realized that the first thought that she had every day when I woke up was “Man, I hate my life”. It’s not hard to figure out why she hated her life

 •             She had gained about 50 pounds

 •             She had no job

 •             Her car had been repossessed

 •             She was on the verge of eviction

 •             She felt alienated from and had lost contact with loved ones

 •             Her bank account was empty

 •             Her food pantry  and my fridge were empty

And these are just the a few things from  a longer list!

7 Life Changing Habits outlines the steps that Nomalanga took to change her life from the mediocre existence that she admits she hated to the rich and fulfilling life she now enjoys. You too can take these steps and change your life!

  1. i think, the reason we have so much unhappiness in our lives is bc we are always focusing on what someone else can give us and not what we can give ourselves.
