I recently had the pleasure of interviewing one of the leading black physicians in the country, Dr. Jennifer Caudle, who counts, among her many accomplishments, her work as a family physician and Assistant Professor in the department of Family Medicine at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Caudle is also a television personality specializing in health related matters. You may have also seen her on the Dr Oz Show where she has been a contributing expert. She will be back on the Dr. Oz Show to share her expertise in the next couple of months.
I was delighted when Dr. Caudle decided to do an interview with Healthy Black Woman and share her secrets to success and how she maintains balance while being one of the most busiest women I have had the pleasure of getting to know.
Dr Caudle shares how she manages to maintain her health; mind, body and soul. What I really appreciated is that she was honest in saying that she doesn’t do it perfectly but that does not stop her from making sure she keep her priorities in the forefront; which are her family and her church. Dr Caudle aslo encourages us to make sure we keep company with people who are positive and uplifting and don’t drain or energy. She also eats healthy and does yoga.
