Nick Cannon (pictured) appeared on Power 105’s hit radio show “The Breakfast Club” recently to deliver his two cents on a number of issues, including the ever-controversial Planned Parenthood nonprofit organization.
The 36-year-old entertainer talked candidly with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God about some hot button topics, which is what the radio show is always known for broadcasting. Cannon got heavy in his opinionated statements when it came to the election, saying it was “like picking out which gun you wanted to get shot with.”
“Hillary was [sneaking]… Think about all the stuff they did with Planned Parenthood and all that type of stuff. That type of stuff is to take our community and forget gentrification, it’s real genocide, and it’s been like that for years,” Cannon said.
“This system is not built for us. This is not our land. I appreciate it. I love it, wouldn’t want to live nowhere else, but this wasn’t designed for our people,” he continued.
However, Cannon appeared to water down the comments he made on the popular morning radio show when he was approached this past Black Friday by a videographer who worked for Splash News. However, Cannon stood by his discontent with Planned Parenthood.
“It’s modern-day eugenics,” he said. “It’s population control,” he told the Splash News videographer at LAX aiport.
Cannon continued the conversation by making some tweets over the weekend, which further expressed his view on the modern state of affairs.
“We are in the midst of Spiritual Warfare and only a few are in tuned with the battle. But we will fight for those who are sleep,” Cannon posted on Twitter.
Same issue I have with Planned Parenthood I have with corps like McDonalds, Hennessy, Privatised Prisons, public education etc. #Eugenics,” he continued.
It certainly sounds like the 2016 election has left some lingering thoughts on everyone’s mind.
