The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast is about to get spicier in its seventh season with the addition of two new cast members. Actress Demetria McKinney and model Claudia Jordan will be two new faces on the show in the next season. They are interesting additions as neither are married and neither are housewives. These two ladies will bring in an interesting perspective to the show and will most likely bring some drama as well.

Claudia Jordan is not married and is not even in a serious relationship. She was on the Celebrity Apprentice where she created quite a bit of drama with cast mate Omarosa. It will be interesting to see how this character plays out since she is not a housewife and is no stranger to squabbles with other women on reality shows. She has a B role on the show but that doesn’t mean that she won’t be able to mix things up a bit. Marlo did the same when she was on the show and she didn’t have a main role either.

Demetria McKinney is in a serious relationship but still is not a housewife. She is involved with Roger Bobb who is an executive at Tyler Perry Studios. She has a 12 year old son as well. A statement from Bravo about McKinney said that she is a really well-liked person and doesn’t bring about a lot of drama wherever she goes. They feel that she will be a good fit for the show because she knows a lot about fashion and nice things and she is wealthy.

The statement about Claudia was different from Demetria’s. They stated that she really wanted to be on the show even though she did not fit the “Housewives” role in any way, shape, or form. She originally came on because she is a friend of Kenya’s, but does not get along with anyone else on the show. The producers feel that she is not going to be liked by viewers and will not fit in well with the other women as time goes on. They stated that she is a party girl. She doesn’t like nice things, she isn’t wealthy, and she dresses like a teenager. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
