Actor and singer Tyrese (pictured left) has appeared to be coming unglued at the seams as of late. The 38-year-old entertainer has been using social media recently to post videos of himself in the process of having some serious emotional meltdowns.
The “Sweet Lady” hit maker is going through a bitter custody battle with his ex-wife Norma Mitchell-Gibson. The divorced pair share a 10-year-old daughter named Shayla, who was the topic of a recent viral video Tyrese posted of himself crying.
He also laments in the video about wealthy friends of his who haven’t helped him during this adverse legal ordeal. “Don’t take my baby!” the R&B crooner says while in tears. Tyrese’s former wife is also in the process of finalizing a restraining order against him.
After that, Tyrese subsequently made a bizarre claim about his friend, actor Will Smith and Will’s wife, actress Jada Pinkett-Smith. Tyrese said the married super couple said they would give him $5 million dollars if he permanently swore off social media.
This claim was eventually found to be untrue. However, it appears as if the social media-based drama productions from Tyrese are still trickling in. According to The Grio, the “Baby Boy” star used his Facebook page to reportedly beg women to help his pregnant second wife, Samantha Lee Gibson (pictured right).
“Powerful women of God, cause you guys seem to show UP for each other this is your moment I’ve always showed up for you. Your events your moments I️ am simply asking that you show up for my wife,” Tyrese wrote in a post dated November 10th.
“So that I can stay married… my WIFE, who is now pregnant, is the new President of The Love Circle Foundation could really use some help. You see this? Oprah, Elaine Wynn, Bill and Melinda Gates? Love angel Jada-Pinkett Smith. Or maybe Priscilla Zuckerberg? Just asking,” he continued.
The emotional state of discord that Tyrese has had on full display over the last few weeks is no laughing matter. If you or anyone you know is suffering from symptoms of depression or any other mental illness, seek professional help for yourself or the affected person right away.
