Omarosa Manigault-Newman’s (pictured) public obsession with her now fractured relationship with Donald Trump is on full display and taking some wacky new turns.
CNN News reported on Monday (August 13) that the 44-year-old Manigault-Newman released some bombshell phone conversations, which she recorded while speaking with top White House officials around the time she was fired from her advisory position in the Trump Administration in December of last year.
Manigault-Newman originally aired the taped phone conversation excerpts on the TODAY Show Monday, CNN reported. The former reality television star is heard speaking with General John Kelly, the White House’s current Chief of Staff, as well as Donald Trump himself.
The dramatic Manigault-Newman is obviously trying to expose her former ally Trump as a liar. She seems to be adversely consumed with the notion of Trump being aware that General Kelly was going to fire her ahead of time. However, in Manigualt-Newman’s taped conversation with Trump, he appears solemn and troubled over her exit.
“Omarosa, what’s going on? I just saw in the news you’re thinking about leaving. What happened?” Trump says in the conversation. “General Kelly came to me and said that you guys wanted me to leave,” Manigault-Newman replied.
Trump then replied back to his former aide that he was not privy to General Kelly’s reprimand and termination of Manigault-Newman. She then expressed her bewilderment.
“You know, they run a big operation, but I didn’t know it. I didn’t know that. [email protected] it. I don’t love you leaving at all,” Trump went on to say.
In another twist to the bizarre circus being stirred up by Manigault-Newman’s toxicity, which she is trying to pass off as a press run, legal trouble awaits her.
According to the National Review, the White House staff members who were formerly on the president’s campaign team had an arbitration claim filed Tuesday (August 14) on their behalf against Manigault-Newman.
“Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. has filed an arbitration against Omarosa Manigault-Newman, with the American Arbitration Association in New York City, for breach of her 2016 confidentiality agreement with the Trump Campaign,” an official told the Washington Examiner newspaper.
A future hearing regarding this legal matter has not been determined. However, Manigault-Newman has two weeks to legally respond to it.
