As we grow older our bodies continue to change. Things that were once firm and perky grow soft and saggy. It is a natural part of life but there are things that you can do about it. For example here are a few tips to firm up your [email protected] and lift them naturally.
Even though our [email protected] are naturally made up of mostly fat and water, there are still muscles under there that help to support our chests. Exercising these muscles every day can help the muscles keep the fat lifted instead of letting it all sag. The first exercises that you should do are strength training exercises. Lifting weights is a great way to tone your muscles. If you can bench press weights that is the ideal exercise for the muscles in your chest. If you are not able to do bench press exercises you can do a simple exercise at home with a balance ball and a few free weights.
Lie on the balance ball so the ball is supporting your upper back. Have your legs extended in front of you with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle. Keep your hands down at your sides on the floor with a free weight in each hand. Start light until you know how much you can lift comfortably. Lift your arms straight up in the air until they are straight out at your sides in a 90 degree angle. Hold that position until you cannot anymore and then slowly bring them back down to the floor. Rest for a few moments and then do another rep.
Doing push-ups is also a great exercise to get the pectoral muscles working. The recommended amount is at least 10 per day. If you are not able to do a full push-up, use your knees as support on the floor as opposed to your toes. Try doing at least 50 push-ups per week and you will see results quickly.
Another thing that you can do to help lift your [email protected] is a simple one. Wear the right [email protected] Have your chest measured by a professional such as someone at Victoria’s Secret or a lingerie store nearby.
