The effects can last up to 15 minutes after your workout which is a great reason to exercise at home. Studies show that exercise and the chemicals that are released into your system cause ar0usal. Here are some great exercises that you can do to get ramped up for a fun night with your partner.

1. Aerobics: This includes running, walking, jogging, swimming, or bike riding. All of these get the blood pumping which is good for ar0usal. They can also help you to gain endurance and also increase your lung capacity.

2. Floor exercises: These types of exercises will help you to tone your body and increase your stamina along with your flexibility. Try lying on your back on the floor, bend your knees with your feet firmly planted on the floor and then lift your pelvis off the ground. Hold it for a few seconds, lower, and repeat. You can also try thigh stretches to build your thigh strength. One great strength training exercise is push-ups, which will help you to maintain strength during s*x.

3. Kegels: Kegel exercises are not only good for you, but they are good for your partner as well. Contract the muscle in your pelvis, as if you were stopping a stream of urine. Hold it for a few seconds, relax, and then repeat. This will help to keep the pelvic floor muscles strengthened and can make s*x feel a lot better for you and your partner.

4. Yoga and Pilates: These exercises are great for strengthening your core. They can help your pelvic muscles as well depending on the routine that you use. By strengthening all of your core muscles you will find that you have more endurance, more feeling, and more properly working s*xual functions.
