An interesting survey finding has been brought to light recently. One percent of women who are pregnant claim that they are v!rgins. The study was published in the British Medical Journal.
There were four interviews that were a part of the process and were conducted by researchers at the University of North Carolina. They looked at data from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health. The study began with kids who were in grades seven through twelve in 1994-1995. It continued up through 2008. When the study ended the participants were ages 24-34. During each of the four different interviews the participants were asked questions about their s*x life and what kind of s*xual activity they were involved in. They were also asked if they had been pregnant at any point during the study.
There were 7,870 recorded women in the study. Out of that number there were 5,340 that had reported being pregnant at some point during the studies. Of that number 45 women said that they had been v!rgins even though they were pregnant. Is this possible or do you think that these women were confused?
While it is very rare, it is possible for you to become pregnant when you are a v!rgin. The widely accepted definition of someone who is a v!rgin is someone who has never had s*x with [email protected] They could still have done other things such as oral s*x however. When involved in any type of s*xual activity, if the pen!s comes anywhere near the [email protected] opening during or after [email protected], there is a very small possibility that the sp*rm can still travel up the [email protected] and end up getting you pregnant. So technically, yes, you can get pregnant and still be a v!rgin.
